Twilight Reflections: Conversations and Poetic Solitude

Ah, my favorite time of day? Well, it’s that magical hour when the world slows down, and the chaos of life takes a breather—right around when the sun dips below the horizon. You know, when the sky is splashed with shades of pink, orange, and purple, as if the universe is showing off its artistic skills. It’s the perfect time to grab my phone, call up my bestie, and dive into our daily ritual of sharing life’s ups and downs. We laugh, we vent, and sometimes, we get deep—like, “What’s the meaning of life?” kind of deep.

And just when the conversation hits that perfect note of nostalgia and reflection, inspiration strikes! That’s when I switch gears, pouring all those emotions into a poem that captures the essence of my suffering, my struggles, and the weight of the world as I feel it. I post it on my Instagram, hoping to connect with others who might just feel the same. My account’s like a diary, but with fewer secrets and more raw emotion.

So, if you ever find yourself wondering what goes on in this brain of mine during those twilight hours, check out my Instagram. Who knows? You might find a piece of yourself in my words. Here’s the link to my poetic musings:

Let’s share a sunset together—virtually, of course!
